This is the first website for Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) 2008.
DITF is the biggest fair of the country. This
fair is arranged by Export Promotion Bureau (EPB). This year EPB decided
to launch a website to make the fair more informative globally. As
website is the most modern and user-friendly information system the fair
authority took such initiative. Beyond Vision, an event management and
ad firm worked with EPB as the IT partner of DITF to make their dream
come true. The management of EPB and Beyond Vision came to a conclusion
to make the site interactive to get the feedback from the
users/visitors. Maintaining and developing a website is an on going
process. Thus an interactive website like DITF website will make it
easier for the authority to serve the visitors better in the manner they
want. The website was launched by the Vice-Chairman of EPB on the 1st
day of January 2008. That was the day when the fair was declared open.
This website is an ad based website where sponsors can participate as
promoters and can market themselves globally through DITF. The site has
a forum for the sponsors where they can interact with clients
personally. This site is and will be a plat form to market every one who
will take part as a member of the site. The present office from where
the website is controlled and developed is: DITF information booth, fair
premises, shere-bangla nagar, Dhaka.
